Today was a fine day for a drive out to Marlborough, Massachusetts to visit a hot dog friend, Alan Archibald.
Alan owns Archie’s On A Roll, the only place to get a Michigan Dog in these parts. Archie’s is at One D’Angelo Drive in Marlborough, right out in front of the Ken’s Salad Dressing World Headquarters.
Archie’s is open from 11AM to 4PM, Monday though Friday.
He arrived right on time and quickly set up- he starts cooking before he leaves his house so everything is ready to go when he arrives.
This is a Hot Dog Truck: hot dogs and more hot dogs on the menu.
Before long, Alan was ready to open up for the day.
It took about ten seconds for the first customer to arrive.
Alan provides a variety of hot sauces to spice things up.
You can tell it’s a fine May day by the choice of patrons’ transportation.
