Casey’s Diner – National Hot Dog Month Day 31

Casey’s Diner in downtown Natick, Massachusetts is largely responsible for my love of hot dogs. I’ve been dining at the iconic Worcester Lunch Car since 1969 and not a thing (other than the location of the diner) has changed. The dogs are hot, the atmosphere cozy, and the condiments are served “All Around.” Casey’s Diner […]

Current proprietor, Pat Casey, is the fourth generation of the family to operate the business which has been in Natick since 1890. There just aren’t many places like Casey’s left in […]

National Hot Dog Month Celebration 2011: The James “Cy” Belmore Field House Snack Bar

I stopped by our local little league fields today to check out the tournament that was going on. Our Board of Directors recently honored a departed friend of the league for over fifty years by naming the field house after him. James “Cy” Belmore was a coach, board member, league president and number one hot […]

Casey’s Diner

You really can’t get much more “old school” than Casey’s Diner at 36 South Avenue in Natick, Massachusetts. Little Miss and I were tooling around town on Veteran’s Day when a familiar question came out of the back seat: “Dad, can we go to Casey’s for lunch?”
