I was invited to throw out the first pitch and eat the ceremonial first hot dog of $1000 hot dog night at the Nashua Silver Knights game on July 12. The Knights are part of the newly formed Futures Collegiate Baseball League and they offer a minor league type baseball park experience featuring lots of fan interaction and promotions. Tonight’s promotion featured CA$H stuffed into the hot dogs.
The concession stands were selling hot dogs for a dollar and patrons had a chance to win with every purchase. It was a very enjoyable evening- I’ll be back!
